30-60 Strength



Kill these: Barabarians

Location: Barbarian Village


60-75 Strength



Kill these: Varrock Guards



Level: 22

Exp: 122

Hp: 22

Location: Varrock castle, Varrock

75-99



Kill these: lesser demons



Level: 82

Exp: 316

Hp: 79

Location: Karamja Volcano; Crandor Isle; Wizards' Tower, top floor;

Okay the Lesser demons in Wizard's tower is chained up and imprisoned
so you cannot have combat against it using melee, you can only use magic or range...

I think that chickens are better for 1-5.
Here's why:

1. The chances of dying is lower
   

You can collect feathers for money

I think it is good, i never thought of killing varrock guards, all i hear is kill HILL GIANTS!
But i don't need the money... lol

For 75-99 I recommend the deadly red spiders in the stronghold of security. They auto attack, but unfortunately there are no drops

For the first 30 levels or so the fastest POSSIBLE xp is in cows. After that the next fastest experience(in my opinion) is with killing either goblins in the stronghold for security. Flesh crawlers have amazing experience once you reach a good strength level. To not die just go above ground for free salmons. There are always flesh crawlers enough, apparently they drop herbs for members. Good luck!
