Since you are a sergeant now, to upgrade you just have to pay 1.5m for the current pricing of lieut. Do note that you will also need to show me 10mil before I can promote you.

I also reward my dedicated hosts with surprise promotion if they are doing exceptionally well and have commended respect from other clan members.
