Yeah, what kingfufty said. Just to answer your question though, we are currently merching iron up to 225 gp. I hope that this answers your question

You should really check out the merchanting thread. Dice has pictures of successful items that he's merched. If you have lots of money I recommend rares. If you don't stick to popular items constantly demanded like rune scimitars, ores, and swordfish. Please do not blame me for any loss of money, as I can't predict the future

I haven't really merched lately, but I have had successes and misfortunes. I used to merch slings when they were new, but held onto them and lost money. I recently merched swordfish and earned a lot, but I sold it to quick as I could've made an extra 1m with them, but that's life
