Well I don't know how to explain so here's the definition only way I know how to explain 
1.Assert or confirm as a result of one's own experience that something is true or accurately so described.
2.Confirm that someone is who they say they are or that they are of good character: "someone could vouch for him".

I have intended the Vouch forums to be a guide for how trust-able a user is in Dyce Genesis.
Although most vouches are been used in a rather wrong way, there are some who knows its purpose. The vouch forum is for successful transaction done on this forum. It is to acertain future buyer/sellers that this person is a trust-able guy. Having more vouches means that person is experienced in that field and is trusted in that area.
Of course, still practice precaution in all trades. (I am talking about username, membership, account trades)

That sounds like a very good explanation of vouches, Genesis. Hopefully this clan will grow in numbers, and also in trust.
