He has been committed to the clan so far. He has advertised for me for free for over 20 minutes, and rejected my offer to pay him. He seems very fit to be a host, as he showed me his santa hat. I think that with a little more activity and dedication he can become a host.

You need to be more active on the Clan's forums to get a rank,
You also need to gain a good reputation to be trusted by people.
Seeing that boyrdy say that you can be trusted and fit to be a host
I'm sure you have the potential so be more active and i'm sure
Dyce/BA Punk will let you get a host title (:
