TERMS OF SERVICE
COMPANY SIDE
No botting will take place during a service.
No bank will be accessed unless needed for the service.
A customer's account information will never be changed.
Services will not be shared by multiple people (unless discussed).
If a service is terminated for any reason, a reimbursement will follow.
Payment will be made before the start of a service, a trusted member can be used to hold this money until the end of the service.
No items will be used, dropped, traded, or sold off unless discussed/needed.
CUSTOMER SIDE
Customer must ready the account with supplies or cash to work with.
Customer must be patient and give adequate time for service completion.
Unless discussed, said customer must not log into the account during a service.
If a service is terminated for any reason, a reimbursement will follow.
You can pay the provider, or a trusted member before service starts.
Extra wealth one doesn't feel safe entrusting to the provider should be transferred.
Customer's duty to take bank pics, change password, etc before/after a service.
