Scam Report Guidelines

In Dice Genesis, We only refund you if the hosts have scammed you with proof of screenshot, video etc.

Do note that we do not refund if you traded an impostor.
We also do not refund you in full if you traded the host more than what the host can wager for that rank

It is your duty to check all trades and confirm the trades in friend chat. Such an impostor will have similar names to our actual ranked hosts so do check out our guide to safeguard yourself @ http://www.dycegenesis.com/t10-scam-prevention-guide


Please note that all reports should be done within 3 days of the scam incident. Our hosts will clear all screenshot once it is longer than 3 days.

All disputes will be taken seriously and if it accepted, I will refund you your initial bet.

After all is said and done and you still believe the ranked host has scammed you, please file in your report by following this Template.

could it happen that it will be so full of scam reports that you just skip someone when you don´t see it, then 3 days later its too late?

by the way the 50k i got was from adamant234 and he saw what happened lure was thier too but he told me to report the scam..

Hey Aahhrs. I believe that there's a miscommunication here. We no longer host C,H or N horse game. We are only doing horse duels as a clan only and the first guy who rolled a h wins. However, since we are at fault for not explaining this to you before Map accepts your bet, I will gladly refund you 50k for this incident.

Wait is the picture proof mandatory or could we instead have witnesses. Surely if we have enough of them they are just as good as picture proof.

If you have 3+ witnesses (not including yourself). Then you may report and may be successful depicting on the situation. At least that is my opinion. A video/photo would be the best.

This is good, but we would prefer a video as it is more likely a real version, photos are easy to alter in todays world...

you can get lots of fake witnesses, just by paying them so i think
video are the only things that should be accepted.
