I also have lots of hosting experience and I play frequently. Also, since I'm in the USA, while you're offline, I'll be online so the clan will be able to run for more hours of the day.
Any past hosting experience: Yes I have hosted on several different friends chats. My most recent one was [skullbawls] until I got cleaned by a player.
Hours of Rs playing time per day: Depends, on weekdays about 2hrs a day. On weekends about 3 hrs a day

Well, if you are committed enough you will receive a promotion, as well as commitment you will need to have a bigger pile
This is what happened to me, i have only paid 500k out of a 2mill rank, you should be able to do the same

Dice, I have been on for the past few days but I haven't been able to see you. I really wanted to get this rank before the 30th when the prices go up. I was wondering if you can keep the price the same for me (1m for sarg) because I applied before the price increase and I have been actively trying to go on at the same time. I guess fate isn't on my side atm
