I am not a host but just in order to make the friends chat look better, i think you should:
1) Have only one price for the rank (your choice should be average, maybe 5m)
2) When someone is ranked, rank him as a 'Recruit'. He will gradually be ranked up as he earns Dice Genesis' trust.
3) As he gets ranked higher he will be allowed to take higher bets. A higher rank also means more responsibilities meaning he will have to start hiring advertisers if Genesis is offline himself.
4) At a considerable rank (captain or general), he will be allowed to kick players from the friends chat (decliners and unranked hosts).
If you think this is a good suggestion take it in mind.
